It's happened to me a couple of times - once I refused to sign the card and had to write a check instead - ridiculous!!!

Last time I was at Sears, though, a saleslady told me that you should write - ask for ID on the back of your card - if someone gets ahold of your credit card they can copy your signature easily. So this is a way that will avoid that!

Just thought I would pass that along!!
