I love this quote!!

"A true friend unbosoms freely, advises justly, assists readily, adventures boldly, takes all patiently, defends courageously, and continues a friend unchangeably."

This quote is from William Penn - to whom I am partial since I was born and raised in Philadelphia.

But I thought - what a nice way to describe what I would like to accomplish with my own board - I hope that all of you who join will feel free to express, challenge others, pray, cry, share and think of this as a home away from home. May it be a comfort station, a ray of hope when you're down, a light at the end of the tunnel when your world seems hopeless and a place where you can lighten your load, and laugh with me!!!!

I like to write and there will be times when I share my poetry and writings with you - I hope that you will feel free to share the same if you feel like it.
