Follow Directions Test

FOLLOWING DIRECTIONS TEST

TIME LIMIT: Ten minutes or less.

1. Read everything before doing anything.

2. Put your name in the upper right hand corner of the paper.

3. Write the date under your name.

4. Draw two small squares in the upper left hand corner of the paper.

5. Pace your grade level in the first square and your age in the
second square.

6. Write the name of your school to the right of the square.

7. Draw a rectangle around the name of your school.

8. Loudly call out your first name when your get to this point of the
test.

9. Raise your left hand and make a circle in the air.

10. Print your first name backwards in the left hand corner of this
page.

11. Stand up and sit back down.

12. Draw a triangle in the lower right hand corner of this page.

13. Write your favorite color in the triangle.

14. If you think you have carefully followed all the directions, call
out, 3I Have2.

15. In your regular speaking voice, count from 1 to 10 backwards.

16. Underline all the even numbers on the left side of the page.

17. Write the first name of four of your classmate:

(1)_____________________ (2)_____________________

(3)_____________________ (4)_____________________

18. Draw an arrow next to this direction.

19. If you are the first person to get this far, call out loudly, 3I1m
First.2

20. Now that you have finished reading everything carefully, do only
sentence one and two.
