I lived in Minnesota for 5 years and one year we had snow in October - early October. that's not normal.
The weather patterns all over the country are changing and when you consider that Kundry moved from Florida - anything under 70 degrees is cold to someone who is used to warmer weather.
If the woman says her broomstick is freezing - she oughta know that - she's holding it. 
Why don't you send her a nice warm blanket and give her a break!!????
