Sorry to hear about the sales barrier. Seems to me, that station's underwriting staff (assuming it has one) isn't doing its job. If you have a show that's getting a response (as yours certainly was...I saw the show's message board, people were watching the show and they clearly liked it), you'd figure they'd see they had a good thing and go out and sell it for you, rather than make you do it yourself in the middle of everything else you have going.
Maybe a commercial station in the San Bernadino or Riverside areas might be willing to do the job if they won't. If I were the operator of such a station, I'd want a local sports magazine show, to help set me apart from all the LA stations on the cable and build a local image and local following for my station. (In our market, similar shows are run and produced live every Sunday by the ABC and NBC affiliates.)
